You can reach the hotline from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Support packages

To provide you with perfect and, above all, fast support and service, we offer various service packages that you can individually add to suit your needs.

Service package

For a faster resolution of technical problems after commissioning, we can offer you a 1-year and a 3-year service. These service packages include, for example, troubleshooting, adjustment of the projector and height adjustment, and an offline/online test; this will be carried out within 48 hours of your notification.

Training package

Tailored to your requirements, you can book various training courses - whether basic or advanced training. In addition, we also have individual training courses in our program, tailored to your specific needs.
