You can reach the hotline from Monday to Thursday between 7 am and 4.30 pm, and Friday from 7 am to 2.30 pm.

Support packages
Service package
For a quicker solution to technical problems after commissioning, we can offer you a 1 and 3-year service. These service packages include, for example, troubleshooting, adjustment of the projector and height adjustment and an offline/online test; this is carried out within 48 hours of your notification.

Training package
You can book different training courses tailored to your requirements - whether basic or advanced training. We also have individual training courses in our program, tailored to your specific requirements.
