You can reach the hotline from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Support packages
Service package
For a faster resolution of technical problems after commissioning, we can offer you a 1-year and a 3-year service. These service packages include, for example, troubleshooting, adjustment of the projector and height adjustment, and an offline/online test; this will be carried out within 48 hours of your notification.
Training package
Tailored to your requirements, you can book various training courses - whether basic or advanced training. In addition, we also have individual training courses in our program, tailored to your specific needs.

Our product warranty options
Standard Warranty
Standard Warranty: 3-year manufacturer's warranty with Pick Up and Return service included. No quotation required.
5-Year Pick-Up and Return
Extend the manufacturer's warranty from 3 to 5 years with Pick Up and Return service, including travel costs. Applicable for ADVANTouch Display interactive complete systems (possibly with height adjustment). You will receive a quotation from your dealer with a detailed description of services.
Premium On-Site Service
Surcharge for a five-year premium on-site service for ADVANTouch Display interactive complete systems (if necessary, with height adjustment and ADVANTouch PC module). This premium on-site service is only possible in conjunction with the warranty extension from 3 to 5 years. You will receive an offer letter with a detailed description of services from your specialist dealer.
Automatic system updates
Update and set up the ADVANTouch display with the latest updates. You will receive an offer letter with a detailed description of services from your specialist dealer.
